Here I consolidated many favourite engrossing proverbs and adages in the history. I will write them in three languages as Turkish, English, German however turkish proverbs do not have always direct translations. Lets see 🙂 Please also feel free to make comment at the bottom of that page from comment section about any proverb or adages which you do not think the same. I am also not always in the same direction with some of them such as turkish proverb “Terzi kendi söküğünü dikemez” which means an expert in a specific field can solve others’ problems but not his/her own in case having the same need/problem in that field he is good at.
